Registration & Cancellation Policy
By registering, you secure a spot in the tournament. We incur costs in preparing schedules, grounds, and materials based on confirmed players. For that reason:
- All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- If the tournament is postponed or canceled by the organizers, we will notify all registered players and provide options (refunds or credit) where applicable.
- Player substitutions may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion — contact us in advance.

By registering for the Meena Cricket Championship you agree to:

- Attend matches on time; repeated no-shows may result in disqualification.
- Conduct yourself with sportsmanship. Organizers reserve the right to remove players/teams for misconduct.
- Accept that schedules, venues, and match rules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
